This Privacy Policy explains what information RuedaLabs collects, why, and how it's used — both for businesses that register with us, and for the end customers who place orders through a RuedaLabs-powered tool.
1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Information
- To operate your account, dashboard, and licenses
- To let your embedded tool save and display orders placed by your customers, scoped only to your business
- To communicate with you about your account or licenses
- To maintain platform security, including domain-lock verification and fraud prevention
3. Who Can See What
Your business account is isolated at the database level — other businesses on RuedaLabs cannot see your data, and you cannot see theirs. Orders and customer information submitted through your embedded tool are visible only to your account.
4. Data Storage
Data is stored with Supabase (our database and file storage provider) on infrastructure located in the United States. Uploaded designs and logos are stored in access-controlled storage.
5. Your Responsibilities as a Business
If you collect customer information through a RuedaLabs tool, you are responsible for using that information appropriately — for fulfilling orders, contacting your customers about their orders, and complying with any privacy laws that apply to your own business and location.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
7. Data Retention
We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.
8. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@ruedalabs.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
