Getting Started

Every RuedaLabs product uses the same account and dashboard, but each one gets set up a little differently. Jump to the product you're setting up:

Gang Sheet Builder B-Links QR Codes Digital Business Cards

Gang Sheet Builder setup

  1. Create your accountSign up with your business name, email, and a password. Your dashboard is ready instantly.
  2. Set your brandIn Settings, upload your logo, pick your colors, set your DTF roll width, and add your products and prices (like "Next Day" and "Same Day").
  3. Create a licenseIn Licenses, add one license per website/product — give it a name and the domain it'll live on.
  4. Copy your embed codeEach license gets its own ready-to-paste code snippet.
  5. Paste it on your siteAdd it to a Custom HTML block on your website. That's it — the builder shows up live, with your brand.

Platform guides

WordPress

Add a "Custom HTML" block on the page you're editing, then paste the code.

Wix / Squarespace

Add an "Embed a Widget" or "Embed Code" element from the add-elements menu.

Netlify / static HTML sites

Paste the code directly into your page's HTML where you want the builder to appear.

QR Code Generator setup

  2. Subscribe to QR CodesPick a plan from Pricing — Monthly, Annual, or 2-year.
  3. Create a QR codeIn QR Codes → Create, choose Static or Dynamic, set the destination URL, and customize the logo, colors, and frame.
  4. Download and printDownload the code as a PNG and use it on flyers, packaging, or storefront signage.
  5. Track scansThe Analytics tab shows total scans, device, and location for every code.

No embed code needed — QR codes are created and managed directly in your dashboard. Dynamic codes can have their destination edited any time, even after printing.

  2. Subscribe to Digital CardsPick a plan from Pricing — Monthly, Annual, or 2-year.
  3. Copy your embed codeUnlike Gang Sheet Builder, Digital Cards uses one embed code for your whole business — no per-domain license needed.
  4. Paste it on your siteCustomers use it to order their own digital business card, styled with your brand.
  5. Manage your team's cardsAdd, edit, or remove individual cards any time from the Digital Cards tab in your dashboard.

FAQ

Why does my builder say "not available" on my site?

Each Gang Sheet Builder license is locked to the exact domain you set when you created it. If the domain doesn't match where the code is embedded, the builder won't load. Double-check the domain in Licenses matches your live site exactly (no "www." mismatch).

Do all products need an embed code?

No. Gang Sheet Builder and Digital Business Cards use an embed code on your own site. QR Codes and B-Links work directly from your RuedaLabs dashboard — nothing to paste anywhere.

How do I change my prices later?

Go to Settings any time — changes apply immediately, no redeploying needed.

Where do orders go?

Every order placed through your builder is saved to your account. Check the Orders tab in your dashboard to see totals, pending, paid, and revenue.
