Getting Started

Every RuedaLabs product uses the same account and dashboard, but each one gets set up a little differently. Jump to the product you're setting up:

Gang Sheet Builder setup

  1. Create your accountSign up with your business name, email, and a password. Your dashboard is ready instantly.
  2. Set your brandIn Settings, upload your logo, pick your colors, set your DTF roll width, and add your products and prices (like "Next Day" and "Same Day").
  3. Create a licenseIn Licenses, add one license per website/product — give it a name and the domain it'll live on.
  4. Copy your embed codeEach license gets its own ready-to-paste code snippet.
  5. Paste it on your siteAdd it to a Custom HTML block on your website. That's it — the builder shows up live, with your brand.

WordPress

Add a "Custom HTML" block on the page you're editing, then paste the code.

Wix / Squarespace

Add an "Embed a Widget" or "Embed Code" element from the add-elements menu.

Netlify / static HTML sites

Paste the code directly into your page's HTML where you want the builder to appear.

No embed code needed — QR codes are created and managed directly in your dashboard. Dynamic codes can have their destination edited any time, even after printing.

FAQ

Why does my builder say "not available" on my site?

Each Gang Sheet Builder license is locked to the exact domain you set when you created it. If the domain doesn't match where the code is embedded, the builder won't load. Double-check the domain in Licenses matches your live site exactly (no "www." mismatch).

Do all products need an embed code?

No. Gang Sheet Builder and Digital Business Cards use an embed code on your own site. QR Codes and B-Links work directly from your RuedaLabs dashboard — nothing to paste anywhere.

How do I change my prices later?

Go to Settings any time — changes apply immediately, no redeploying needed.

Where do orders go?

Every order placed through your builder is saved to your account. Check the Orders tab in your dashboard to see totals, pending, paid, and revenue.

Can I try it before signing up?

Yes. Try the Gang Sheet Builder live demo (upload a design, use Autofill, see live pricing), the free QR Code Generator demo, a B-Links example page and a Digital Business Card example. No account needed.

Does the Gang Sheet Builder only work with Shopify?

No. It works on any website — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Shopify, Netlify or custom HTML — with one embed code locked to your domain.

How do my customers pay for gang sheets?

Connect your Stripe account on the Payments page of your dashboard. Every Gang Sheet Builder order is paid online by card at checkout, the money goes straight to your Stripe account, and the 3% RuedaLabs commission is deducted automatically by Stripe Connect. The builder cannot take orders until Stripe is connected.

Can my customers download the gang sheet file?

No — only you receive it. After the customer pays, the print-ready PNG (300 DPI, real sheet size) appears in the Orders tab with View Design and Download buttons. Each order shows its payment status: Paid online, Awaiting payment, or Payment expired (do not print expired orders). A "Ready for pickup" button helps you email the customer.

How big can a gang sheet be?

You set the sheet width for each license (for example 22 inches). Sheets can be up to 240 inches (20 ft) long. The builder includes Autofill, overlap detection, low-resolution (DPI) warnings, on-device background removal, trim transparent edges, a text tool and full touch support for iPad.

Can I resell B-Links pages to my clients?

Yes. Set your own one-time price, share your order form link (or embed it on your site), and your client fills in their links and pays by card. The money goes straight to your connected Stripe account — RuedaLabs takes no commission — and the page goes live automatically. You can also create pages by hand and edit every client page from your B-Links panel. Client pages are white-label and live on a ruedalabs.com/links/ address; custom domains are not available yet.

Who sets the price of Digital Business Cards?

You do. In the Digital Cards dashboard set one price for a digital card and another for digital + printed (the printed option can be turned off). Customers pay through your connected Stripe account with no RuedaLabs commission. Customers can edit their own card through a magic link, and you can create or edit any card. Card pages show a small "Powered by RuedaLabs" line.

How do I write a digital card to an NFC tag?

In the Digital Cards dashboard, tap "Write NFC" next to a card using Chrome on an Android phone and hold the tag to the phone. On iPhone or desktop, use the free NFC Tools app — the App Store and Google Play links are in the dashboard.

Is RuedaLabs available in Spanish?

Yes. The website, the tools and the customer order pages work in English and Spanish, and we provide support in both languages.

Can you set it up for me?

Yes. White-glove installation is $150 one-time and is available for any product.

Is there a contract?

No. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and stay active through the end of the paid period. The Gang Sheet Builder has no monthly fee at all.

Is my account secure?

Yes. Accounts support two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, and every business only sees its own data.

Can my B-Links clients edit their own page?

Yes. In your B-Links admin, open Client pages and click "Edit link" next to the page. You get a private link (valid 7 days) to copy or send by WhatsApp, and if the page has a client email we email it too. Clients can also go to ruedalabs.com/blinks-edit.html, type the email they ordered with, and receive a 24-hour edit link. They can change the title, bio, social icons and up to 10 buttons; changes go live on save, and click stats are kept.
