Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RuedaLabs ("we," "us," "our"), including our website, dashboard, and the white-label tools we license (each a "Service"). By creating an account or using a Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Licenses

Each RuedaLabs license grants you the right to embed and use one Service on one specified website domain, under your own branding. Licenses are not transferable between domains without our approval. Using a license on a domain other than the one it was issued for is a violation of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Licenses are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing period you select at signup — monthly, annual, or biennial (2-year), depending on the product. You can cancel at any time; your license remains active through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Your Customers' Data

When you use a RuedaLabs tool to collect information from your own customers (such as names, contact details, or order details), you act as the data controller for that information. RuedaLabs processes it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for how you use and store data collected through your license, and for complying with applicable laws when contacting your customers.

5. Payments to You

Where a Service allows you to accept payments from your own customers through a connected payment account, that payment relationship is between you and your payment provider. RuedaLabs does not hold or process your customers' funds.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store or transmit unlawful content
• Attempt to bypass domain restrictions, rate limits, or security controls
• Upload malicious files or attempt to overload our systems
• Resell or sublicense a RuedaLabs license without our written consent

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, including domain misuse or non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuedaLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
